Started Puppies will be ready for their new homes in late May 2021.
Currently, due to covid-19 restrictions, we are not allowing people to meet puppies before they are ready to go, however all owners will be updated with photos and/or video throughout the training process.
This may change as we come into better/warmer Spring weather.
When the right dog comes into your life...
There is nothing quite as exciting as bringing home your Labrador Retriever puppy. Its even better when your puppy has impressive manners, is already walking quietly on leash, sits when asked, waits patiently for your next command and has a great start on house training.
Our knowledge and experience enables us to provide a program which give puppies a solid foundation of good behavior and a calm disposition which new families can build from.
For many, our Started Puppy program is the perfect solution. Puppies have an easier transition and go home with a big head start on basic training as well as house training and more.

What is a Started Puppy?
A Started Puppy is a puppy which has been started in basic training. They are capable of walking on a lead without pulling (heel), can sit and lay down when asked. Other commands and behaviors are also worked on, such as crate training and more.
We keep one or two puppies to put through the Started Puppy program, however most families will come and pick out their puppy at 8 weeks of age to put through our Started Puppy Program. Started Puppies remain with us for another 8 to 10 weeks for training. New owners are invited to come visit and spend time bonding with your puppy in addition to participating in our training program. This will help make continued training easier for everyone as well as helping to make the transition to your home as quick and easy as possible.
